About The Position

The Distribution Team Packer plays a vital role in ensuring the accurate, safe, and efficient preparation of customer products for shipment across Distribution operations. This position is responsible for carefully packing custom-designed products, verifying product accuracy, labeling correctly, and preparing shipments in a timely manner. The Distribution Team Packer helps maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety while supporting smooth warehouse and distribution workflows.

Requirements

Ability to carefully pack items according to established guidelines, client specifications, and product protection requirements.
Ability to select appropriate packaging materials based on product type, size, fragility, and safety requirements.
Ability to assemble, seal, and label packages using tape, labels, and other tools or machinery.
Ability to verify quantities and product details against packing lists and orders to ensure accuracy before shipment.
Ability to accurately label packages with product, client, and shipping information.
Ability to process and document incoming and outgoing shipments in company systems as required.
Ability to assist with staging, organizing, and preparing pallets and shipments for outbound distribution.
Ability to operate packaging and material handling equipment safely, as needed.
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, team leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of orders.
Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working conditions in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
