About The Position

The Distribution Strategy Lead translates high-level supply chain strategy into ground-level execution across a third-party logistics network. The position oversees warehouse-related EDI transactions between WMS and SAP to support inventory management, systems integrity, and quality controls. It establishes standard operating procedures, quality benchmarks, and onboarding metrics; manages inventory exposure to slow-moving and obsolete stock; and leads physical inventory counts in partnership with 3PLs, Corporate Finance, and Audit.
