Requirements

2 yrs+ experience in supply chain, new site supply deployment, restaurant operation management or/and distribution management.
Knowledge of food service supply chain practices (restaurant, grocery, or food distribution company).
Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cost control and service process improvements.
Strong sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines.
Highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks with changing priorities.
Thrives in dynamic, high-intensity environments by maintaining composure, demonstrating sound judgment, and staying solutions-oriented while effectively managing competing priorities and diverse personalities.
Effective communication skills and ability to effectively work through barriers to implementation.
Advanced in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

Two (2) year college degree (or in pursuit of a 2-year degree) in supply chain, hospitality, or a related field.
Distribution or restaurant leadership experience.
Experience in restaurant/food service supply chain.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute distributor setup requirements for New Restaurant Openings (NROs), North Italia, Flower Child and Fox Restaurant Concepts.
Serve as the on-site lead during restaurant openings to ensure all distribution and supply requirements are met prior to opening day.
Manage onboarding documentation and compliance between distributors and CCF Corporate.
Provide daily operational support to restaurants, including inventory guidance, order troubleshooting, and distributor issue resolution.
Work with brand leaders and Procurement to identify specifications for each brand to support NROs and ongoing business.
Consolidate direct to store and silo distributors into (CCF) main distribution network.
Support the onboarding of new concepts and new supply chain partners, ensuring seamless integration into our existing distribution network.
Travel to support new restaurant openings, partner visits, and training initiatives.
