Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- General office skills and familiarity with basic computer operations.
- Mathematical ability, filing experience, reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Clean MVR in order to operate department vehicles.
- Ability to push, pull, or lift items up to 60 lbs.
- Stooping, reaching, bending, climbing, pushing, and walking will be required in this position.
Responsibilities
- Pick up, sort, and deliver correspondence throughout the Home Office and Business Processing Center.
- Perform different tasks such as preparing outgoing correspondence for open Service Centers, sorting new business, changes and reinstatements for all lines of business by terminal digit order.
- Processing and verifying for proof of mailing on certified mail.
- Operate mail equipment.
