About The Position

Keep the Logistics moving and delivering on time. We're looking for a proactive Distribution Service Specialist to manage critical transportation, warehousing, inventory, and cross-border logistics activities across the US and Canada. In this role, you'll work closely with logistics partners and internal stakeholders to ensure products move efficiently, accurately, and on time. You'll play a key role in driving operational excellence, solving complex logistics challenges, and improving processes. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain operations, preferably within a complex global organization.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation, inventory management, warehouse operations, and third-party logistics (3PL) provider management.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyze and manage operational data effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset with a strong focus on customer service, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience coordinating cross-border shipments, imports, freight forwarders, and customs brokers is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end order fulfillment activities, ensuring accurate order processing, shipment execution, and on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate daily warehouse and transportation operations with third-party logistics providers to maintain service excellence.
  • Monitor and reconcile inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records and timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Oversee import logistics activities, working closely with brokers, freight forwarders, and warehouse partners to facilitate seamless inbound shipments.
  • Maintain logistics documentation, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance.
