About The Position

This position is responsible for providing technical support for SebaKMT Water Conservation Products throughout North and Central America. She/he will be responsible for supporting existing customers, new customers, distributors, manufacturing reps, customer service, and regional sales managers. She/he will support the launch of new products in the region and also train SebaKMT Distributor/Rep salespeople.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required.
  • Knowledge/experience with measurement equipment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills regarding technical subject matter.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, Zoom.
  • Strong confidence in delivering presentation virtually and in person.
  • Solid organizational skills.
  • Strong customer/end user empathy.
  • Works well with teams or in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction. After initially trained.
  • Ability to understand and learn SebaKMT application software.
  • Strong ability to multi-task.

Nice To Haves

  • 2-year degree preferred.
  • Leak detection monitoring preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SebaKMT Distributor Products.
  • Travel in the USA supports SebaKMT/Megger’s regional sales managers, distributors and reps (up to 30% travel). When not traveling,100% in office settings (Dallas).
  • Provide first-level product training to end users and distributors.
  • Perform follow-ups as required with prospective customers and distributors.
  • Assist in arranging/running regional product/application seminars as applicable (on-site Valley Forge or via Teams, Zoom).
  • Provide feedback to the factories on new product ideas and/or modifications or extensions to current products based on customer feedback.
  • Handle incoming application-related calls from customers and prospective customers.
  • Provide summary reports to the appropriate sales manager on all trips made, including observed opportunities, recommendations, and actions additional contact information to be included on the report.
  • Manage travel expenses to stay within the allotted travel budget.
  • Assist in the introduction of new products.
  • Work on special projects as directed by his/her supervisor.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Field and internal support for Sebakmt lines of Water Conservation Products (She/he will be trained on the products and can consult with Sales Director to obtain the correct to get back to the customer)
