Responsibilities
- Oversees daily operational workflows, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely completion of all assigned projects and departmental initiatives.
- Coordinates task assignments, prioritizes workload based on departmental needs, and serves as a resource to staff to resolve routine issues.
- Maintains accurate inventory of all supplies and equipment, performs regular audits to ensure availability, and initiates restocking and procurement as needed.
- Collects, sanitizes, inspects, and prepares equipment for safe use in accordance with infection control and regulatory guidelines.
- Distributes equipment to designated areas, tracks usage, and coordinates equipment maintenance or repairs to minimize downtime and ensure operational readiness.
- Assists in identifying process improvements and contributes to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
