This position is responsible for providing technical leadership and training for the Planning Department for construction and maintenance projects in coordination with various departments and external entities throughout the planning, construction and reconciliation process. The position is primarily in an office environment and may require working more than 40 hours per week. Exempt employees receive a fixed bi-weekly salary to compensate them for all hours worked during each pay period. The employee may be required to travel.
