About The Position

Position Summary: This role supports the order fulfillment process within Distribution through a variety of primarily office-based responsibilities, with occasional work on the distribution floor. Key Details: Supports order fulfillment activities within Distribution Approximately 20% of time spent on the distribution floor, primarily for international shipment processing On-site position located in Neenah, WI Schedule options include: Monday through Friday with alternating hours of 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. 10-hour schedule from 6:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. with a rotating day off Schedule flexibility required during month-end Starting pay: $19.00/hour J. Requirements

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
Experience: 2+ years of general office experience, preferably in a production environment.
Other Skills/Qualifications : Must be proficient in the use of a PC and MS Office Suite.
Basic math skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Good telephone etiquette.
Able to lift 60 pounds.
Focus on safety - works safety around all people and equipment.
Able to work overtime on short notice.

Nice To Haves

SAP experience desireable.

Responsibilities

Provides order support and communication to all areas of Distribution.
Manages the order queue in SAP to determine available inventory.
Prints and sorts orders.
Works with the Sales area on special requests and routes those orders to appropriate areas.
Reviews and verifies accuracy of order information.
Responds to incoming calls and handles requests accordingly.
Performs record keeping duties which include: assisting with inventories, tracking of unshipped orders, and rectifying shipping errors.
Determines shipment weights for routing purposes.
Processes special Federal Express, DHL, and UPS shipments. This includes: weighing of packages and processing orders.
Monitors supply levels and restocks supplies when necessary.
Performs various clerical duties including International invoices and miscellaneous paperwork.
Assists with SAP and Process Weaver testing for the order processing area.
Provides backs-up to the Distribution Operations Specialist in their absence.
