About The Position

Diamond Infrastructure Solutions is seeking Distribution Operators for its Freeport, Texas location. This role is currently aligned with Diamond Infrastructure Solutions but will be seconded from Dow until January 1, 2027, after which it will directly align with Diamond Infrastructure Solutions. Requirements

A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.
Ability to work a rotating shift.
Must be 18 years or older.
Work overtime and holidays as needed and the ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
Possession of a TWIC card or eligibility to obtain a TWIC card may be required for this position based on final hiring location.
Must have a current, valid, United States driver license.
A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
Risk Awareness: Follow strict safety protocols and use PPE to ensure compliance with regulations.
Mechanical Principles: Operate and monitor distribution equipment efficiently and accurately.
Detail Oriented: The ability to identify equipment requiring maintenance, clear and tag equipment, and issue Safe Work Permits for maintenance and project work.
Communication: Communicate effectively and work cooperatively to optimize processes.
Adaptability: Adjust to rotating shifts, overtime, and changing operational needs.
