Requirements
- Candidates with a genuine interest in a long-term career within worldwide logistics operations.
- Rising Juniors and Seniors currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program or students enrolled in a 2-year degree program.
- Available for the full duration of the summer internship program (12 weeks).
- Strong analytical thinkers with sophisticated problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership experience, team collaboration, and strong communication skills.
- Confidence and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Entrepreneurial drive, strong work ethic, and business acumen.
- Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule depending on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of warehouse associates while maintaining efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with various functions within the Distribution or Fulfillment Center.
- Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Work on a process improvement project and present findings to Distribution executive team members.
- Learn how to lead and develop diverse teams.
- Learn from and shadow TJX operations leaders.
- Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of the off-price business model.
