Requirements

Candidates with a genuine interest in a long-term career within our worldwide logistics operation.
Rising Juniors and Seniors currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program or students enrolled in 2-year degree program.
Available for the full duration of the 12-week summer internship program.
Strong analytical thinkers with sophisticated problem-solving skills.
Proven leadership experience, team collaboration and strong communication skills.
The confidence and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
An entrepreneurial drive, strong worth ethic, and business acumen.
Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of warehouse associates while keeping efficiency and safety top of mind.
Work on a process improvement project and give a final presentation to Distribution executive team members.
Learn how to lead and develop diverse teams.
Actively collaborate with various functions within the Distribution or Fulfillment Center.
Learn from and shadow TJX operations leaders.
Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of our off-price business model.
Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
