The Distribution Monitor Technician is responsible for managing, cleaning, and maintaining Precision Monitoring’s medical equipment. This role ensures all equipment is properly sanitized, fully stocked, and ready for patient use, while supporting inventory accuracy, battery management, and kit assembly to meet department standards and organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to accept and apply constructive feedback with professionalism.
  • Demonstrated accountability and ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Uphold Precision Monitoring’s philosophy, policies, and quality standards.
  • Accurately track and manage inventory of medical equipment.
  • Deliver and pick up medical equipment from local facilities as needed.
  • Maintain battery charging stations and equipment storage areas.
  • Reassemble and restock monitoring kits according to department standards.
  • Recharge and maintain batteries to ensure readiness for use.
  • Verify that all components of each monitoring kit are accounted for.
  • Clean, inspect, and prepare monitoring equipment upon return.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage and charging areas.
  • Provide logistical support through local delivery and pickup of equipment.
  • Track equipment usage, shortages, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Assemble and maintain fully stocked monitoring kits for distribution.
  • Manage battery recharging, replacement, and readiness for patient use.
  • Ensure all monitoring equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and in working order.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support department objectives.
