About The Position

As Distribution Manager - St. Cloud, you’ll keep our routes running fast, safe, and customer-ready—turning daily execution into standout service. You’ll lead VCC and VB route teams, coach performance, and keep operating procedures consistent so every stop is done right. The role involves managing route efficiency, hiring and training drivers, conducting vehicle inspections, ensuring planograms and brand order are followed, coordinating vehicle maintenance, monitoring productivity indicators, and enforcing safety policies.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Strong organization skills
• Basic math for inventory counts
• Valid Class C license and health card
• Satisfactory MVR per Vehicle Safety Policy
• Solid knowledge of traffic laws
• Solid knowledge of defensive driving

Responsibilities

• Managing route efficiency
• Hiring and training route, relief, and bulk drivers
• Conducting P.R.I.D.E. vehicle inspections
• Ensuring planograms and brand order are followed
• Coordinating vehicle cleanliness and maintenance needs
• Monitoring key productivity/efficiency indicators
• Enforcing OSHA/Federal and company safety policies
• Leading VCC and VB route teams
• Coaching performance
• Keeping operating procedures consistent
• Riding along on routes to observe and identify improvements
• Reviewing PRIDE inspection submissions
• Tracking productivity and efficiency metrics
• Adjusting plans as needed
• Arranging training touchpoints, vehicle needs, and route adjustments
