About The Position

As the Distribution Lead, you are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all Delivery Specialists. Ensuring the team follows standard company procedures, state compliance laws, and safety requirements while delivering orders to dispensaries in a timely and efficient manner. It is the Distro Lead’s responsibility to ensure KPIs are created and measured to achieve success by all in the department. This role can be a physical, fast-paced position that involves continual lifting, lowering, and carrying of packages that may weigh a minimum of 50-75 lbs.

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Clean driving record for the previous five years.
  • Must meet all applicable Department of Transportation requirements.
  • Must pass all background screening requirements.
  • Must qualify for and maintain an Arizona Facility Agent Card.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Distribution Specialists and outbound order accuracy.
  • Perform routes as a Driver as needed to optimize route planning
  • Ensure compliance with all Arizona cannabis regulations.
  • Perform and oversee vehicle inspections.
  • Ensure delivery manifests are complete and accurate prior to departure.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for dispensary intake managers.
  • Resolve routine customer and delivery issues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance standards.
  • Oversee fleet operations in accordance with OSHA, ADOT, and company standards.
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Attend all required company meetings and training sessions.
  • Monitor inventory discrepancies and customer feedback.
  • Oversee KPI performance and reporting.
  • Complete and review all end-of-day operational reports.
  • Build efficient daily delivery routes.
  • Manage fleet camera footage compliance requirements.
  • Monitor and coach driver behaviors in collaboration with the National Distribution Manager
  • Review all driver schedules and routes that are generated by the Dispatch Administrator
