Requirements

  • 5 – 10 years management experience in Distribution environment.
  • Ability to travel to multiple states for training.
  • Ability to complete and pass a criminal background screening.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Six Sigma Certification is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and mentor warehouse associates, leads, and support staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, manage compensation, and implement performance improvement plans.
  • Oversee hiring and onboarding processes to build a skilled and motivated team.
  • Direct warehouse activities to ensure efficient workflow, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, accuracy, and quality using Power BI dashboards.
  • Implement strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Manage cycle counts, optimize inventory locations, and ensure accurate documentation of inventory movements.
  • Oversee quality control to maintain high accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Enforce safety protocols, maintain required safety certifications, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Oversee proper maintenance of material handling equipment and safety supplies.
  • Supervise facility upkeep, equipment repairs, and ensure all warehouse assets remain operational.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal departments, respond to customer needs, and provide operational reports to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for operational enhancements and develop action plans to drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in company-wide initiatives and special projects.
