Requirements
- 5 – 10 years management experience in Distribution environment.
- Ability to travel to multiple states for training.
- Ability to complete and pass a criminal background screening.
Nice To Haves
- College degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Six Sigma Certification is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse associates, leads, and support staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations, manage compensation, and implement performance improvement plans.
- Oversee hiring and onboarding processes to build a skilled and motivated team.
- Direct warehouse activities to ensure efficient workflow, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, accuracy, and quality using Power BI dashboards.
- Implement strategies to improve efficiency.
- Manage cycle counts, optimize inventory locations, and ensure accurate documentation of inventory movements.
- Oversee quality control to maintain high accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Enforce safety protocols, maintain required safety certifications, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Oversee proper maintenance of material handling equipment and safety supplies.
- Supervise facility upkeep, equipment repairs, and ensure all warehouse assets remain operational.
- Maintain strong communication with internal departments, respond to customer needs, and provide operational reports to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for operational enhancements and develop action plans to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in company-wide initiatives and special projects.
