About The Position

Timeless Select LLC is seeking a Distribution Specialist to join their team. This role involves delivering orders to dispensaries in a timely and efficient manner while adhering to standard company procedures, state compliance laws, and safety requirements. The position is physical and fast-paced, requiring continuous lifting, lowering, and carrying of packages up to 75 lbs, operating cargo vans, and climbing in and out of the vehicle under tight deadlines. The company emphasizes community, culture, and legacy, working with local businesses, artists, charities, and dispensary partners.

Requirements

  • 2 - 3 years experience in driving large vehicles (required)
  • 2 - 3 years experience in deliveries (required)
  • HS Diploma or GED Equivalent (required)
  • Must be twenty-one (21) years of age
  • Must provide proof of a clean driving record for the past 5 years
  • Must meet the Federal Department of Transportation eligibility requirements including appropriate driver's license and corresponding safety and medical certification.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the accuracy of orders and compliance with state regulations.
  • Loading the van with daily product for sale and unloading product for the customer.
  • Performing routine inspections of company vehicles and supplies for road safety.
  • Maintaining inventory of daily merchandise loaded on the van.
  • Preparing and maintaining records in accordance with company policies, procedures, and state compliance, especially if the Compliance Admin is unavailable.
  • Ensuring manifests are complete and accurate.
  • Reviewing routes generated by the Compliance Administrator or routing deliveries if no admin is available.
  • Handling routine customer problems and serving as an interface between the company and the customer, relaying issues in an end-of-shift report.
  • Ensuring product distribution meets customer satisfaction and contract terms.
  • Working closely with the manager and salesperson to improve route efficiency and expand customer relationships.
  • Operating vehicles in accordance with OSHA, DOT, and other federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Maintaining an acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • Safeguarding and maintaining company equipment, property, and Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
  • Ensuring all areas are kept clean at all times.
  • Attending all company training sessions and performing other assigned production duties.
  • Merchandising case packs from the backroom to the sales floor (with dispensary permission).
  • Filling display units or shelves with products, rotating products, and removing defective/out-of-date items.
  • Tidying shelves and displays, breaking down boxes, and disposing of waste.
  • Assisting in the assembly and disassembly of promotional materials.
  • Reporting stock inventory, account issues, or positive feedback from dispensaries.
  • Assisting the Production team during delivery downtime when additional hours are needed.
  • Ensuring all production manufacturing processes follow prescribed SOPs and identifying efficiency improvement opportunities.
  • Preparing and adhering labels to packages, verifying label conformity with state regulations.
  • Preparing materials for production, processing, and assembling cannabis and materials, weighing accurately, and placing products in appropriate storage.
  • Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and sanitation in the processing area and participating in daily equipment and workplace clean-up.
  • Assisting the Production team with daily activities and tasks delegated by the Lead or Manager.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results.
  • Adhering to company safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
  • Managing time efficiently to meet productivity goals and produce quality work.
