About The Position

As a Distribution & Content Assistant, your responsibilities will involve supporting Angel's Television & Digital Distribution team by tracking platform deliveries, maintaining performance data, and helping keep operational systems running smoothly. From compiling viewership reports and researching emerging platforms to assisting with QA and maintaining internal trackers, you will also take on special projects and other duties as assigned. This part-time summer role offers a detail-oriented student the chance to contribute to real projects across the entertainment distribution space. Angel is the home of stories that amplify light, allowing creators and audiences to form passionate communities around their creative projects.

Requirements

• 1 year of education in a Business or Marketing program.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in the English language.
• An exceptional listener with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Comfortable and proficient with AI tools, using them proactively to improve workflow, solve problems, and enhance the quality of work.
• Possess strong spreadsheet proficiency and experience in working with data.
• Detail-oriented perspective and able to pick up on overlooked details.
• Organization and time management skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality of information.
• Must be able to manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions.
• Resourceful and able to problem-solve and manage tasks with ambiguity.
• Willing to perform an array of tasks both in and out of the office.
• Can take feedback to tasks and assignments positively and create better solutions.
• A quick study, able to pick up new skills and learn how to use new programs.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support Angel's Television & Digital Distribution team by tracking platform deliveries, maintaining performance data, and helping keep operational systems running smoothly.
• Compile viewership reports.
• Research emerging platforms.
• Assist with QA.
• Maintain internal trackers.
• Take on special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Track content deliveries, releases, and updates across television and digital platforms.
• Compile weekly and monthly performance reports covering viewership, engagement, and revenue.
• Assist with platform quality assurance (QA) checks and requirement documentation.
• Research new and emerging distribution platforms and summarize findings for the team.
• Help maintain internal SOPs, tracking sheets, and distribution calendars.
• Attend and contribute to regularly scheduled staff meetings.
• Amplify light in every action.
• Break down silos and coordinate with any and all people needed to reach goals.
• Achieve outcomes while using resources wisely (money, people, or time).
• Understand your customer (viewers, investors, creators, or internal Angel Teams) and provide what they need.
• Contribute in a way that moves the Angel mission forward and exemplifies the team qualities required for working at Angel.
