About The Position

We’re currently looking for a Distribution Office Clerk (Night Shift) to join our Distribution team. The Distribution Office Clerk is responsible for supporting the Distribution department by ensuring all products received, stored, and shipped meet company standards. This role provides administrative support, maintains accurate records, and assists with the coordination of daily distribution activities.

Requirements

Minimum high school diploma
1–2 years of experience in inbound, outbound, and storage processes (food industry experience an asset)
Proficiency with Famous and MS Office
Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

Receive and process all inbound bills in the Famous business system
Print and organize delivery documentation for outbound loads
Answer phone and email inquiries related to deliveries and shipments
Prepare and distribute paperwork for Supervisors, Shippers, and Receivers
Greet and assist truck drivers, coordinating loading and unloading activities
Verify shipment accuracy and maintain daily fulfillment reports
Communicate and document any issues to the Warehouse Manager, Distribution Supervisor, and buyers
Support a safe work environment by following all Health & Safety guidelines
Provide coverage or assistance in supervisory duties when the Shift Supervisor is absent
Perform other duties as assigned
