About The Position
Responsible for ensuring inventory and order filling accuracy throughout the Distribution Centre (DC). This role involves performing quality audits, verifying reports, adhering to Quality Assurance policies, operating power equipment safely, and managing Warehouse Management System (WMS) item/slot management. The position also includes processing damaged product, researching inventory adjustments, and preparing/processing the TPR report daily.

Responsibilities
- Perform quality audits and verify reports for DC inventory and order-filling accuracy.
- Adhere to all Quality Assurance policies and procedures.
- Operate power equipment safely and under control at all times.
- Review and maintain item-profiling requests from Operations Supervisors.
- Administer Warehouse Management System item/slot management, including new item setup, existing item maintenance (sequence, module, marshalling), slot label maintenance, slot creation/deletion, frozen slot tracking and maintenance, item replenishment maintenance, product recalls.
- Process damaged product in a timely manner using proper procedures.
- Research and justify larger inventory adjustments for Supervisor approval.
- Accurately and efficiently prepare/process the TPR report daily and maintain integrity through enforced timelines for Walmart finance departments.
