As a Distribution Center Warehouse Associate, you will be working at our brand new, state of the art facility in the Exotec robot picking area. This role involves various tasks related to the inducting, picking, and packing of products. You will ensure that all products are processed and delivered to customers in a timely manner while adhering to company policies and safety standards. The warehouse team plays an important role in First Supply’s success and has a passion for customer service. We would love to have you join our team today and start building your career! Shift hours approximately: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Experience with handheld RF units preferred

Responsibilities

  • Operate Exotec workstations, rotating from Induction, Picking and Packing
  • Accurately pick items from robot-delivered totes according to on-screen or light-directed instructions
  • Verify item accuracy, quantity, and condition before placing into outbound totes, bins, or shipping containers
  • Scan barcodes and confirm transactions using the warehouse management system (WMS) interface at each station
  • Monitor station workflow and flag any discrepancies, damaged goods, or system errors to a supervisor or technician promptly
  • Replenish or restock totes as needed to keep the picking process moving efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in compliance with warehouse safety standards
  • Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets (units per hour, error rate, etc.)
  • Communicate with team leads regarding system slowdowns, robot traffic jams, or station downtime
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, such as packing, labeling, or loading, during non-peak picking periods
  • Follow all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily production goals and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Keep the warehouse organized and hazard-free by emptying garbage, sweeping, or operating floor scrubbers as required.
  • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
