Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Current and valid Driver's License with at least 1 year of driving experience
No more than 3 moving traffic violations in the past 36 months.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Meet physical demands: Regularly required to use hands and fingers, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Frequently required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. Must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

Perform all warehouse duties to ensure the efficient, effective, and safe movement of material to, from, and within the distribution center.
Pull store inventory, stock transfers, special orders, and will call.
Manage customer delivery, pickup, and truck schedules.
Manage and execute third-party shipping (UPS, LTL, Direct Link).
Process E-Commerce sales and shipments.
Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or other designated areas.
Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets, shelves, or relocate orders to a holding area or shipping department.
File requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distribute items to shipping or to designated route driver storage area.
Prepare parcels for mailing.
Load trucks.
Assist in unloading all materials into the receiving department and ensure materials are staged for counting and inspection.
Open bales, crates, and other containers.
Oversee the receiving process in the ERP system, ensure receiving reports accurately report material received, and resolve discrepancies regarding invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports.
Check in UPS, FedEx, and LTL shipments.
Unload trucks.
Assist in counting physical inventory.
Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence (e.g., size, type, style, color, product code).
Identify transfer discrepancies and make inventory adjustments as needed.
Mark materials with identifying information according to appropriate procedure.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to support efficient operations.
Ensure materials are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
Maintain Forklift.
