About The Position

The schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. This job has two halves, and we need someone who's genuinely good at both. Half the time, you're running the floor — receiving, storage, inventory, equipment, safety, the whole operation. The other half, you're the bridge between our hourly associates and the leadership team: the person associates trust enough to bring their questions and concerns to, and the person leadership counts on to turn the big picture into what actually happens on the shift. If you like people as much as you like process — if you can run a tight, safe operation and still be the supervisor associates genuinely want to talk to — we want to hear from you.

Requirements

Real experience supervising in a warehouse, DC, or similar hands-on operation
A track record of leading people, not just managing tasks
Sharp organizational and time-management skills
An eye for detail and a commitment to getting it right the first time
Comfort in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A no-shortcuts approach to safety protocols and company policy

Responsibilities

Run daily warehouse operations — keep receiving, storage, inventory control, quality control, and parts distribution moving safely, accurately, and on schedule
Supervise, train, coach, and mentor a team of direct reports
Carry associate feedback and concerns up to management, and carry context and decisions back down — clearly and honestly
Ensure materials are stored properly and the team follows Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and company compliance requirements
Schedule repairs and maintenance for warehouse equipment, company vehicles, and forklifts, and help plan ahead for replenishment needs
Maintain regular, reliable attendance
Take on other duties as they come up
