Distribution Center Operations Supervisor - 2nd shift (Conroe, TX.)

The Distribution Center Operations Supervisor reports to the Manager of DC Operations and serves as the primary leader for a team of approximately 25 Distribution Center colleagues. This role is responsible for leading daily operations, driving team performance, and ensuring productivity and efficiency targets are met. The Supervisor motivates and engages the team, monitors performance, and supports continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with the Operations Manager to deliver strong operational results primarily with selection and stocking. This is a 2nd shift role. Hours are roughly 3:30pm-12:00am Monday -Friday with additional flexibility needed based on business volume and needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a Distribution Center, Production, or Manufacturing environment
- Minimum 2+ years experience with MS Office
- Verifiable High School Diploma/GED

- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely

- Ability to act quickly and competently in emergencies
- Bachelor's Degree
- Lean Six-Sigma experience
