Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and / or three to five years of office experience, which includes supervisory responsibility and delivery experience.
  • Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in branch operations, retail management, financial services, healthcare, distribution, or a comparable customer-focused environment.
  • Two years of direct supervisory or management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee development.
  • Demonstrated experience managing operational performance, budgets, staffing levels, productivity, service quality, and key performance indicators.
  • Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Demonstrated experience managing operational performance, budgets, staffing levels, productivity, service quality, and key performance indicators.

Nice To Haves

  • DME Experience a plus
  • Registers or Certified Respiratory Therapist a plus

Responsibilities

  • The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance, financial results, customer experience, and regulatory compliance of the assigned branch.
  • This position leads and develops branch employees, ensures efficient day-to-day operations, implements strategies to achieve business goals, manages risk, and builds strong relationships with customers and the local community.
