Distribution Center Lead

Blend SupplySauget, IL
Onsite

About The Position

Our Distribution Centers are the heart of Blend Supply—the mixing-and-matching hubs where our aviation and industrial coatings come together and go out the door right. As Team Lead, you run that operation. You'll own safety, quality, production, inventory, receiving, paint matching and mixing, and shipping standards, and you'll set the pace and the standard for the whole DC. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in a job done right and knows how to bring a team along with them. If you have the color eye of a paint matcher, the discipline of a strong operator, and the instincts of a leader, this is a place you can grow. We're a family-owned company that takes AS9100 aerospace quality seriously and takes care of the people who deliver it. Our employees have voted Blend a Great Place to Work three years running—and we'd like you to see why. Blend is fully on board with modern technology, and that includes AI. We actively use AI applications like Claude to help our team work smarter—handling the busywork so our people can focus on the work that takes real judgment. If you're curious about new tools and excited to work somewhere that gives you a real edge instead of holding you back, you'll fit right in.
