GRI Engineering & Development, LLC, a proud member of MAT Holdings, Inc., is expanding operations and opening a new distribution center in Shannon, Mississippi. Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to communicate in English
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and heavier weights with assistance when required
• Ability to work safely and follow company procedures
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required for many positions.
• Forklift or reach truck experience preferred for equipment operator positions

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading trailers
• Operating forklifts and reach trucks
• Order picking and pallet building
• Inventory movement and material handling
• Shipping and receiving activities
• Quality checks and order verification
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• General warehouse support duties
