About The Position

TJX Canada is seeking a Data Clerk to ensure accurate and timely entry of critical information into their core computer systems. This role supports essential Distribution Centre functions, including the Data Centre, Receiving/Shipping, and DC Supplies, contributing to the efficiency of daily workflow. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong attention to detail, and is committed to accuracy. Requirements

• Minimum OSSD Grade 12 (or equivalent)
• 1+ year of data entry experience
• Strong administrative, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to problem‑solve effectively
• Accurate and efficient keyboarding skills (including SCAN data entry)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
• Ability to work independently, adapt to varied hours, and support cross‑functional teams.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Data Centre and Receiving operations within Distribution Services is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and verify workflow across all Data Centre functions while maintaining timely, effective communication with internal and external partners.
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours, escalating relevant information to appropriate stakeholders.
• Accurately enter, manage, print, and distribute information from internal and external sources into WMI systems.
• Create and maintain system logs, reports, tickets, labels, and required management spreadsheets, ensuring proper distribution.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on Data Centre equipment and support cross‑functional activities as needed.
