About The Position

Cooper-Booth Wholesale Company (CBW) has been in the wholesale distribution business since 1865. The company is family owned and operated for three generations and is a full-line, full-service wholesale distributor serving retailers in the Mid-Atlantic region. CBW is recognized as one of the Top 10 leading convenience store wholesalers in the country. This position is responsible for ensuring all cigarette cartons are properly stamped and that all stamps are counted and verified. The role also involves the proper operation, maintenance, and clearing of the stamping machine and the surrounding area.

Requirements

• Requires excellent attention to detail, great math skills, and good hand eye coordination
• Must be able to lift 40lbs and work at a fast pace
• Must have excellent attendance to be considered for this position
• Work in an environment with varying temperatures
• Highly dependable with a strong work history
• Reliable transportation to and from Cooper-Booth Wholesale
• Ability to lift, pull, push, stack, and carry items up to 40lbs on a frequent basis
• Able to work productively and independently
• Comfortable working in an fast-paced environment
• Enjoys tasks that are repetitive in nature

Responsibilities

• Ensures that all cigarette cartons are properly stamped and that all stamps are counted and verified
• Responsible for the proper operation, maintenance, and clearing of the stamping machine and the area
• Performing cleaning functions to maintain sanitation, health and safety standards
