About The Position

The Distribution Center Associate is responsible for various tasks within the distribution center, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and equipment operation. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer service. The associate will work with RF scanners to manage inbound and outbound product, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and perform daily equipment inspections. Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
2+ years’ experience working in distribution center environment
Proven customer service skills
Ability to safely operate sit down forklift and clamp

Responsibilities

Counts, verifies, and accurately places pallets of inbound product into correct bin locations using RF scanner.
Counts, verifies, and accurately picks and stages pallets of outbound product at appropriate dock door using RF scanner.
Completes all tasks in a safe and efficient manner to achieve and maintain productivity goals.
Maintains cleanliness, order, and safety in the distribution center at all times.
Complete daily inspections of material handling equipment (forklift/clamp) and always operating equipment with a “safety-first” mentality.
Assist with the picking and processing of parcel and/or LTL orders, which may require loading carrier’s trucks.
Other duties as assigned by management.
