About The Position

SeekWell, parent company of 1-800 Contacts, is hiring a Distribution Center Associate for shipping operations. The role supports the customer experience by handling products that are shipped to customers. Associates scan, sort, stock, pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining speed and accuracy. The position involves moving around the distribution center, putting products away, counting inventory, and down-stocking products. Some tasks require standing in one place for extended periods.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Hustle and a tireless work ethic.
• Be a self-starter who is driven, motivated, proactive, and disciplined.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Interest in continually improving processes and openness to change.
• Ability to be innovative and think on the fly.
• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Scan, sort, and stock products efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders quickly and accurately.
• Walk, reach, bend, put products away, count inventory, and down-stock products.
• Use ladders and equipment to access heights while picking orders and stocking products.
