About The Position

This role is for a Distribution Center Associate at Tire Distributor Xperts in Fontana, CA. The position involves working Tuesday through Friday from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The associate will be responsible for various tasks within the distribution center, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and equipment operation, all while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
2+ years’ experience working in distribution center environment
Proven customer service skills
Ability to safely operate sit down forklift and clamp

Responsibilities

Counts, verifies, and accurately places pallets of inbound product into correct bin locations using RF scanner.
Counts, verifies, and accurately picks and stages pallets of outbound product at appropriate dock door using RF scanner.
Completes all tasks in a safe and efficient manner to achieve and maintain productivity goals.
Maintains cleanliness, order, and safety in the distribution center at all times.
Complete daily inspections of material handling equipment (forklift/clamp) and always operating equipment with a “safety-first” mentality.
Assist with the picking and processing of parcel and/or LTL orders, which may require loading carrier’s trucks.
Other duties as assigned by management.
