About The Position

Join the coolest Distribution Center in Tennessee! Our Distribution Center is the heartbeat of our business. Whether you're a Distribution Center Associate, processing and shipping merchandise to our stores, or an Internet Fulfillment Associate, accurately picking and packing e-commerce orders, you'll play a key role in getting our products into our customers' hands. Like Harry Potter, you're the one creating the magic behind the scenes that brings the Hot Topic experience to life.

Requirements

Physical stamina and attention to detail in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Ability to pick customer and store orders, pack products, handle totes, and move boxes.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs.
Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Previous DC and/or Internet Fulfillment experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Pack and prepare orders for shipment, keeping up with pace and using appropriate supplies and packing materials.
Ensure all orders are accurate and inducted in a timely manner, handling shipments efficiently to ensure smooth workflow.
Stock new merchandise as received.
Communicate with management on any production issues that arise.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety, cleanliness, and code of ethics.
Monitor production supplies and partner with Supervisor or Team Lead to order additional supplies as needed.
Follow all written departmental procedures and identify any changes that may be necessary, reporting these findings to your supervisor.
