About The Position
We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to join our team at the Dollar Tree Distribution Center in Warrensburg, MO. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will play a vital role in one of our departments.
Requirements
- No certifications required – just a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift 50–60 lbs. Lift up to 500 boxes per hour.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for 8–12 hours per shift.
- Reliable attendance and transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse experience, preferred.
Responsibilities
- Unload trailers and move product to designated areas.
- Build pallets with instructions given out.
- Meet production goals.
- Load trailers efficiently by stacking boxes from the conveyor line into trailers.
- Pick in assigned location(s), while using a voice picking headset system.
- Label boxes and move onto the conveyor line.
