About The Position

The Warehouse Associate, while demonstrating safe work practices, will perform all duties associated with general warehouse operations. In addition, the Warehouse Associate is a team player who will provide world class service to our customers both internal and external as well as participate in process improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to safely and correctly push/pull or at times lift up to 50 lbs.
• Repetitively able to correctly match numbers and words.
• Ability to wear a headset and take direction from Voice commands
• Repetitively able to count correctly
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Basic computer skills
• Problem solving skills
• Able to operate a variety of warehouse computer equipment to complete tasks.
• Good math skills
• Good finger dexterity
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Able to safely operate and work around warehouse and packaging equipment
• Excellent attention to details

Responsibilities

• Pick orders using Voice Pick or other technology
• Pack orders
• Manifest shipments
• Replenish SKUs
• Package/Kit product
• Process Customer Returns
• Receiving and processing of inbound orders from vendors
• Maintain quality and productivity standards
• Audit process and product standards and act accordingly
• General housekeeping as needed
• Cycle counting
• Perform other duties as assigned
