About The Position

The Distribution Associate is responsible for building and preparing orders for shipment, receiving and unloading incoming shipments, and operating various warehouse equipment. This role involves performing order picking using RF scanners, loading and unloading trucks, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring proper handling and storage of products. Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines is essential.

Requirements

• Mechanical knowledge and ability to operate warehouse equipment
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds)
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Experience with order picking and using RF scanners is preferred
