About The Position

At STIIIZY, we value the versatility and adaptability of our employees. While the primary focus of this role is Distribution Associate, the successful candidate may have the opportunity to cross-train in other positions within the department based on organizational needs. A Distribution Associate is an employee responsible for fulfilling orders and arranging outgoing packed orders for delivery. Their duties include interpreting sales orders and pulling the correct product, performing quality control assessments and stacking items safely and securely in the right packaging. This position starts at $17.00/hour.

Requirements

Must be over 21 years of age.
Available for on-site operations work Monday-Friday.
Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities- not hours; must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Willingness and ability to undergo cross-training in various roles within the department as required.
Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and/or working on a computer.
Able to stand up to 4 hours at a time.
Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool.
Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time.
Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 50 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
Strong reading and communication skills.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds at some times.

Responsibilities

Follow company picking/packing procedures.
Ability to efficiently pull product(s) based on daily orders.
Ensures order pick/count accuracy.
Meets specifics set forth by supervisor(s) for all orders promptly.
Reports out any discrepancies or adjustments needed by the supervisor.
Undertakes other duties which may arise or be delegated sometimes.
Handles inventory with care and attention to detail.
Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safety practices.
Operates various pieces of equipment ie. Pallet Jack, pallet wrapper.
Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
Performs work under direct supervision.
Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.
