Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain operations or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of people leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Experience leading operations using performance metrics and standard KPIs.
  • Working knowledge of Lean, Daily Management, or continuous improvement practices.
  • Experience supporting safety, quality, and compliance requirements in an operational environment.
  • Ability to manage staffing, labor allocation, and attendance in a distribution or manufacturing setting.

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field
  • Experience using operational or warehouse systems (e.g., WMS or similar platforms)
  • Experience with Kaizen, Standard Work, or formal Lean systems

Responsibilities

  • Drive daily performance against Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity (SQDIP) targets.
  • Lead daily shift meetings to align teams on priorities, risks, and execution plans.
  • Plan staffing and allocate labor to meet workload and service requirements.
  • Monitor and communicate performance using standard metrics and visual management tools.
  • Conduct Gemba walks, Standard Work audits, and Daily Management routines.
  • Identify performance gaps, lead root cause analysis, and implement data‑driven improvements.
  • Coach, develop, and hold associates accountable through regular feedback and 1:1s.
  • Partner cross‑functionally to resolve operational issues and improve end‑to‑end execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
