About The Position

In this role, you will champion a safe, inclusive work environment, assign tasks to team members, and adjust work distribution as needed. You will support team members in following company policies, procedures, and safety expectations, and work with your team to maximize productivity and ensure tasks are completed with accuracy. You will complete assigned responsibilities as directed by your supervisor, communicate effectively with employees, peers, and leadership, and provide end-of-shift recaps and participate in daily hand-off meetings. You will also perform other duties as required to support operational success. We are looking for someone who identifies and seizes opportunities to make processes more efficient and help others succeed. You promote collaboration and encourage open communication to keep everyone aligned and engaged. Requirements

Strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and comfort with basic math.
A self-motivated approach and the ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
Willingness to hold team members accountable in a fair and supportive way.
Successful completion of Emerson’s training on all required equipment, which may include fork trucks, standing Crown pick trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and reach trucks.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience coordinating team workflow or leading small groups.
Familiarity with distribution center processes, safety practices, or productivity tools.
Ability to adapt work assignments quickly to meet shifting priorities.
