The Kukin Program for Conflict Resolution is seeking a part-time Distinguished Research Fellow to develop a teaching module on communication behaviors. This module, based on Rackham principles, will be integrated across various law school courses, clinics, and professional training platforms. The Fellow will also work to disseminate this module within the dispute resolution, negotiation, and law school clinical education communities to encourage adoption and collaboration. Additionally, the role involves laying the groundwork for future interdisciplinary social science research on communication behaviors, including exploring the potential of AI-assisted coding and analysis to reduce research barriers and enhance research capacity for scholars.
