Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, or processing environment.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a distillery, beverage, food manufacturing, or similar industrial setting.
Nice To Haves
- Engineering or related technical degree.
- Experience in distilling, food and beverage manufacturing, or a closely related industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily distillery operations to ensure production goals, quality standards, and customer expectations are met.
- Develop and execute production schedules while managing raw materials and production supplies.
- Promote a strong safety culture through training, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and performance.
- Coach, develop, and lead production team members while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
