About The Position

Amentum is seeking a Dissemination Specialist Mid to join their team. This role supports government and military stakeholders by ensuring intelligence professionals have consistent access to data through various support services. The program focuses on operational management, information sharing, data brokering and governance, messaging support, and access management, playing a key role in modernizing data platforms and programs of record. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day, with core hours from 0900-1500.

Requirements

Experience preparing and processing movement of appropriately marked intelligence products between security domains and approved intelligence repositories.
Experience ensuring the accurate, and complete generation and modification of intelligence metadata consistent with Government approved direction.
Experience with DoD policies and procedures determining releasability of classified information.
Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and/or technically advanced.
Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.
Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies.
Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.
Clearance Required: TS/SCI with ability to obtain polygraph
Minimum Education: High School Diploma
Minimum Years of Experience: 9 years with High School diploma, 7 years with Associate, 5 years with Bachelor’s

Responsibilities

Supporting the enterprise through preparing and processing appropriately marked products between security domains.
Document staging and tagging across multiple networks per customer requirements.
Fulfilling user requests from group phone and group email requests.
Updating logs and pertinent information for consistency and continuity.
Ensure the accurate, and complete generation and modification of intelligence metadata consistent with Government approved direction.
Determine releasability of intelligence information.
