About The Position

Performs various duties regarding dispute processing, resolution, and maintaining department efficiency. Ensures member satisfaction through courteous, accurate, and efficient service.

Requirements

  • Excellent math skills and computer knowledge
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to always maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records
  • A demonstrated cooperative and positive attitude toward members and other Credit Union staff
  • Logical, process-oriented thinker with a natural sense of urgency
  • Good interpersonal and client-handling skills with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical details
  • Accurate in balancing and account research
  • Professional in appearance, attendance, quality, and quantity of work performed
  • Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by ICCU
  • Must be eligible for membership at ICCU to obtain employment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 0-3 years' experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Review, investigate, and process transaction disputes for cards, ACH, checks, Zelle, ATM, and other related transactional fraud claims
  • Provide support to team members and others to ensure proper claim documentation and resolution
  • Work with vendors and partners to complete assigned tasks
  • Understand applicable regulations and compliance requirements
  • Assisting with maintaining credit union policies, procedures, and training
  • Additional duties as assigned
