About The Position

Baker McKenzie's Palo Alto or San Francisco office seeks an associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience for the Dispute Resolution Practice Group. This role will support the group's securities litigation, SEC enforcement, class actions, product liability, and complex commercial litigation practices. The position requires strong academic credentials, excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills, as well as experience with drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, briefing motions, and preparing for depositions. Requirements
