About The Position

The Display Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all in-store visual merchandising activities to ensure consistent execution of the brand’s aesthetic and guidelines. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing display team members, and ensuring timely updates of all product displays to enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Creativity and an eye for detail to design and implement visually compelling displays.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques, display setup, and retail operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in visual merchandising or a related role
  • at least 1 year in a leadership position.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in a retail environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of visual merchandising strategies, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and objectives.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to the display team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Organize and manage the setup of new displays and seasonal layouts, maintaining a consistent brand image.
  • Inspect displays regularly to ensure proper functionality, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with store managers and other departments to optimize product placements and promotional displays based on inventory levels and sales goals.
  • Provide training and development for team members to enhance their visual merchandising skills and knowledge of brand standards.
  • Prepare reports on display performance metrics, customer feedback, and any necessary adjustments to improve results.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to in-store displays or team execution, escalating complex problems when needed.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to recommend innovative merchandising techniques.
