About The Position
Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Dispensing Audiologist (AuD) to provide care in a structured, outpatient clinic-based environment in San Leandro, CA. This is a clinic-based role where you’ll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations. This opportunity offers flexibility and professional support, without the overhead and administrative burden of running your own practice. The setting is a community-based outpatient clinic model with on-site full-time clinic staff, organized scheduling and patient flow, and a coordinated, team-based care environment focused on seniors. CMC manages equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing logistics, allowing the audiologist to focus entirely on delivering high-quality hearing care. This is not a high-volume retail model; audiologists are integrated into established clinic environments and represent CMC directly within partner locations, emphasizing quality over volume, consistency, predictability, administrative and logistical support, long-term clinic partnerships, and ethical, mission-driven healthcare delivery.
Requirements
- Doctor of Audiology (AuD) degree
- Active California audiology license and dispensing license
- Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
- Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments

- Experience treating senior populations preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive audiometric evaluations and hearing assessments
- Diagnose and manage hearing-related conditions within your scope of practice
- Fit and program hearing aids as appropriate
- Provide patient education on hearing health and device use
- Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team
