About The Position
Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Dispensing Audiologist (AuD) to provide care in structured, community health clinics across Philadelphia and the greater area. This is a clinic-based role where you’ll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations. This opportunity offers flexibility and professional support without the overhead and administrative burden of running your own practice. The opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model with on-site clinic staff, organized scheduling and patient flow, a coordinated, team-based care environment, and a value-based model focused on seniors. CMC manages equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing logistics, allowing the audiologist to focus entirely on delivering high-quality hearing care. This is not a high-volume retail model; audiologists are integrated into established clinic environments and represent Comprehensive Mobile Care directly within each partner location, emphasizing quality over volume, consistency and predictability, administrative and logistical support, long-term clinic partnerships, and ethical, mission-driven healthcare delivery.
Requirements
- Doctor of Audiology (AuD) degree
- Active Pennsylvania audiology license and dispensing license
- Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
- Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive audiometric evaluations and hearing assessments
- Diagnose and manage hearing-related conditions within your scope of practice
- Fit and program hearing aids as appropriate
- Provide patient education on hearing health and device use
- Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team
