About The Position

Provides overall service necessary for the installation, maintenance, operation and quality control of dispenser equipment to best meet customer needs, requirements and specifications within the corporate safety guidelines. This position will monitor dispenser equipment to ensure that it is operating as expected. Performs routine maintenance and determines when and what kind of maintenance is needed. Troubleshoots and identifies what may be causing an operating error and seeks problem resolution.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience
  • Electrical, plumbing, and mechanical aptitude required
  • Good computer and communication skills
  • Minimum High School diploma or GED or work experience equivalent
  • Physical abilities to include Routinely carry heavy loads (not to exceed 75lbs/34kgs) when installing equipment.
  • Climb ladders and pull hoses, airlines, and electrical cable throughout customer’s plant.
  • Able to drive extended periods of time and stay out of town until job is completed.
  • Work independently and with little supervision.
  • Walking/standing: 40-80%
  • Sitting: 30-50%
  • Lifting (up to 70lbs/31kgs): 30%
  • Demonstrated ability to tow an 18ft open bed trailer that is properly loaded, strapped, and secured with our necessary tanks and equipment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AC, DC, and pneumatically operated equipment preferred.
  • Certification in forklift, Manlift with articulating boom, scissor lift, and working at heights preferred. If not currently certified, can achieve certification when directed.

Responsibilities

  • Installation, maintenance, operation and quality control of dispenser equipment.
  • Monitor dispenser equipment to ensure it is operating as expected.

  • Troubleshoot and identify causes of operating errors and seek problem resolution.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the Company.
  • Drive to customer locations throughout the region.
  • Occasionally travel overnight.
  • Wear fall protection gear for 2 hours at a time.
  • Carry heavy loads (not to exceed 75lbs/34kgs) when installing equipment.
  • Climb ladders and pull hoses, airlines, and electrical cable throughout customer’s plant.
  • Drive extended periods of time and stay out of town until job is completed.
  • Work independently and with little supervision.
  • Tow an 18ft open bed trailer that is properly loaded, strapped, and secured with necessary tanks and equipment.
