STIIIZY is seeking a Dispensary Sales Associate to join their team and contribute to the growth of the cannabis industry. The company aims to provide an exceptional one-stop shop cannabis experience with a focus on customer service and loyalty. The Sales Associate will act as a brand ambassador, providing knowledgeable advice on cannabis products, curating customer experiences, and driving sales to meet company goals. This role involves handling transactions, maintaining operational standards, and adhering to all legal and company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • High school diploma
  • Hiring preference will be given to those candidates with open availability
  • Open availability is defined as the ability to work all hours required without restrictions, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
  • All employees must be able to work 2 weekend days (Friday-Sunday), but management reserves the right to assign days depending on workforce needs

  • Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis
  • Demonstrate an elevated level of cannabis knowledge and curate experiences that go beyond expectations
  • Create intentional experiences for customers by building authentic relationships; exceed the customers' expectations by delivering exceptional service
  • Drive customer visit goals and increase the number of returning customers; successfully achieve sales goals and business metrics
  • Pick & pack orders
  • Accurately handle cash transactions by operating the point-of-sale system, maintaining precise register
  • Seek opportunities to contribute to and improve business results daily
  • Adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures
  • Be knowledgeable around company communication, rollouts, directives, and procedures
  • Abide by all company policies and programs
  • Adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, state and DCC laws and regulations
  • Other duties may be assigned
