About The Position

STIIIZY is seeking a Sales Associate to represent its brand and provide customers with an exceptional cannabis retail experience. Reporting to the Management team, Sales Associates serve as knowledgeable and enthusiastic brand ambassadors, build authentic customer relationships, advise customers on cannabis products, and help grow customer loyalty and sales. The position begins as part-time at $19.50 per hour plus tips. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and reside in the state where the role is based. STIIIZY cannot sponsor employment visas.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma.
• Must be able to work two weekend days (Friday through Sunday).
• Ability to stand and remain on one's feet for at least four hours per shift in a part-time role.
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
• Manual dexterity sufficient to handle and count currency and operate a POS system.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must reside in the state where the role is based.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains.
• Demonstrate cannabis knowledge and create customer experiences that exceed expectations.

• Work toward sales goals and business metrics.
• Pick and pack orders.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the point-of-sale system while maintaining a precise register.
• Seek opportunities to contribute to and improve business results.
• Follow company training, operational standards, procedures, policies, and programs.
• Stay informed about company communications, rollouts, directives, and procedures.
• Comply with legislative requirements for cannabis retailers, including federal, state, and DCC laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Work two weekend days between Friday and Sunday; management assigns days based on workforce needs.
